Privacy Policy for STROBUD Local AI

STROBUD Local AI is a private desktop application operated by STROBUD / AD4TECH for the owner’s own business use.
Google data accessed
The application may read Gmail messages, threads, labels and settings; Google Drive file metadata and file content; and Google Calendar lists and events. It requests only read-only OAuth permissions.
Purpose of processing
Google data is used only to organize the owner’s business correspondence, connect messages with relevant files and calendar events, identify open tasks and deadlines, and create local summaries for the owner.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials, tokens and any local working data are stored on the owner’s encrypted Debian computer with restricted file permissions. Access is limited to the owner and locally administered software acting on the owner’s behalf.
Sharing and transfer
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers or transferred to external AI services. Data may be disclosed only when required by applicable law or when the owner explicitly directs a specific transfer.
Retention and deletion
Local data is retained only as long as needed for the owner’s business records and may be deleted by the owner at any time. Access can be revoked in the Google Account connections settings. The local OAuth token can also be deleted to disconnect the application.
Google API Services policy
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
