STROBUD Local AI is a private desktop application used by the owner of STROBUD / AD4TECH to organize business correspondence, documents and deadlines.

The application connects directly to the owner’s Google account and requests read-only access to Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar. It uses this access to identify business threads, associate messages with documents and calendar events, and prepare a local view of open tasks.

Google user data is processed on the owner’s encrypted Debian computer. The application cannot send email, modify Gmail labels, edit or delete Drive files, or change Calendar events under its current permissions. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or provided to external AI services.
